Shipping Policy

At Organicsbyhn, we aim to deliver your orders safely and as quickly as possible across Pakistan. Please read our shipping guidelines below to understand how your delivery will be processed.

1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email/SMS.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped along with a tracking ID.

2. Delivery Timelines & Charges

We deliver across Pakistan through reliable courier services.

  • Standard Delivery Time: 2 to 3 working days after dispatch.

  • Shipping Charges:

    • Standard Shipping: Rs. [150 / 200] across Pakistan.

    • Free Shipping: Applicable on all orders above Rs. [3,000 / 5,000].

    • Local Delivery: Rs. 300 (Delivered within 2–3 working days).

Note: Delivery times may occasionally be extended due to weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen courier delays.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Payment Options

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for all locations in Pakistan.

  • Please ensure your exact contact number and delivery address are provided at checkout so our courier rider can reach you easily.

  • Our rider or support team may call/text you before delivery to confirm your location.

4. Order Tracking

Once your parcel is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number via Email/WhatsApp/SMS. You can use this tracking number on the courier partner’s website to check the real-time status of your parcel.

5. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the package and your Order ID. We will promptly assist you with a replacement or resolution.
